My younger brother (11) had an agrument with dad. He was grounded for missbehaving at school and he snuck out when confronted, he got angry and slapped my dad. My dad took his belt, and this is not any kind of belt, this is a thick leather army belt from Serbia, and he spanked the crap out of him. He must have given hi at least like 8 or 9 lashes on his a$$. He showed me his rear end and it was covered in red marks and welts. Do you thik this was reasonable?
